About Us

ADC Engineering has approximately 55 employees with offices located in Charleston and Columbia, South Carolina. ADC Engineering, Inc. (ADC) is a multi-disciplined firm providing Structural Engineering, Building Envelope Consulting (roofing, waterproofing and exterior walls), and Site Services (Civil Engineering, Aviation Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and Land Surveying). Our controlled growth is directly related to maintaining Owner / Client relationships and providing innovative, project-specific designs as well as strong relationships with architects.

On staff are 20 professional engineers, 3 registered landscape architects, 3 registered roof consultants, 1 registered waterproofing consultant, 4 registered roof observers, and 1 professional land surveyor. We also maintain numerous other registrations / certifications specific to our disciplines. With 11 LEED® Accredited Professionals and 2 Accredited Commercial Energy Managers, ADC is committed to assisting Owners in the certification process by incorporating LEED® design principles and philosophies. ADC is also unique in that our Site Services, Structural Engineering and Building Envelope departments all have LEED® a.p.

Our portfolio includes federal, municipal and state projects, small and large scale commercial developments, recreational, educational, healthcare and historical projects.
