Time To Shine Car Wash will celebrate the opening of its newest location in Cane Bay with free car washes. The new location is located at 1727 State Road in Summerville. The Grand Opening will provide all customers with a free $32 Extreme Graphene Car Wash from Friday, December 1, through Sunday, December 10. Friday, December 1, will have a ribbon cutting with the Berkeley Chamber of Commerce at 11 a.m.
