COVID has placed a strain on everyone, especially our workforce. We are experiencing the increase stress, apprehension, and mental fatigue. In a time when we are trying to think of new and creative ways to find new talent, we cannot afford to lose site of retaining our current employees.
The Chamber wishes to ensure you have best practice guidance and resources on what services are available for employees who could have major issues developing for them and members of their family, and how to navigate issues that arise in the workplace.

Safety incidents at our businesses have increased and some of our workplaces have become less productive due to employee morale. With uncertainty continuing to surround many aspects of life amid the pandemic, focusing on the health and well-being of all has become more important than ever.
